we have a customer with a shipment from China to Europe, and we would like to arrange the B/L as follows:
1. MBL issued by the shipping line
* Shipper: Our company
* Consignee: Our agent in Europe
2. First HBL issued by us
* Shipper: Zhuhai factory
* Consignee: India factory
After India Hualai receives this HBL, they will contact your company in India to arrange a Switch HBL / re-issued HBL.
3. New HBL issued by your company in India
* Shipper: India factory
* Consignee: The actual consignee in Europe
The cargo itself will be shipped directly from China to Europe. Only the HBL will be switched through India.
Could you please confirm whether you can handle this arrangement? If yes, please also advise what documents and procedures you require from us / India factory, as well as your charges.
