we are freight forwarder at tianjin,china and one of our shippers wants a good dubai agent to assist their cnee to exchange d/o at dubai,
sometimes by lclshipment, sometimes by FCL plus, when we coload it to you, we need you to collect destination charges and ocean freight from cnee,
then to pay destination charges to coloader (if by lclshipment) , exactly according to our debit note instruction, then to refund ocean freight to us without delaying,in such case,
