Inquiry as following:


There is a  bulk business from China to Thailand ( this is IMPORT TO THAILAND and required to pay IMPORT DUTY & TAX VAT as per cargo value amount which is Calculated by Custom )


DDP ( IMPORT Shipment this is not called DDP Terms )

After the goods are used in Thailand, it will go back to China ( this is called Repair and Return goods to Thailand that when you ship to Thailand , MBL are required to indicate == Repair and Return cargo == so that you may avoid IMPORT DUTY & TAX and required to apply == Repair and Return PERMIT )


Can you give me some advice ,how to declare in Thailand?


What documents do we need to prepare? ( REQUIRED to Apply ‘’Repair and Return cargo PERMIT Before you proceed ahead shipment )
