Need provided below service and price   

Since Okura Hotel does not have (parking area) to unload and unpack the goods, we need you provide below service and offer price before delivery.

A. It is need a (lift truck.) to pick up the cargo from cargo terminal, and then, it need find a warehouse to safely unload the goods.

B. The warehouse have to remove the pallets and recycle the packaging waste. 

C. After finish above step, the machine needs to be transported to Okura Hotel and moved to the 8th floor.

Remark:

Due to the entrance of Okura Hotel, there is a restriction on the parking of trucks weighing 2 tons, and you must apply for a moving operation permit from the hotel in advance. (The customer has been asked who applies for the work permit)

REMARK : 由於大倉飯店沒有場地可以卸貨, 拆箱,   所以需要送達前
A.      需派(昇降油壓板車)去櫃場提貨, 再送找一個倉庫安全將貨物卸下
B.      需請倉庫幫忙拆掉打板和 回收包裝的的垃圾。
C.      拆完之後, 機台需要運送到到大倉飯店並搬運到樓層8樓。
D.     由於大倉飯店門口,  場地有限制2噸重的卡車停放,且必須事前需跟飯店申請搬運作業許可。（由誰申請作業許可證已向客戶詢問）
